The Adoption Process

Adopting a cat through Hearts of Love is straightforward, respectful, and thorough. Here's what to expect:

Submit an Application

Complete our online form or visit us in person during open hours.

Review & Screening

We verify landlord approval (if applicable), contact your veterinarian, and request two personal references

Interview & Matchmaking

Once your application is reviewed, our team will connect with you to discuss compatibility and answer any questions.

Review & Screening

Our fee is $175, which covers spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchipping, and FeLV/FIV testing.

Welcome Your Cat Home

After approval, you’ll arrange a pickup time and receive resources for a smooth transition
